Turmeric Tropical Pops
2 cups non-dairy milk or coconut water
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 cup frozen banana, pineapple, mango chunks, mixed
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 dash of black pepper
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until all ingredients are liquified. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight. Then pop out a popsicle and enjoy!
