When I’m feeling sluggish and digestion is slow, chances are I haven’t been drinking enough water. Does this happen to you? If drinking plain water is boring, try making your own refreshing spa water. You can add vital nutrients and amazing flavor to your water with the following recipe:
Naturally Refreshing Spa Water
✓  1/2 gallon water
✓  1 grapefruit, sliced (can substitute with one lemon)
✓  1 tangerine, sliced (can substitute with an orange)
✓  1 large cucumber, sliced
✓  10-20 mint leaves
✓  Ice – as much as you like
Rinse grapefruit, tangerine, cucumber and mint leaves. Slice the cucumber, grapefruit, and tangerine. Combine all the ingredients in a half gallon pitcher. Allow the ingredients to sit as long as possible for maximum benefits. Refrigerate your water for 4-6 hours, and serve over ice. You’ll feel like you’re at a spa!

You can make any combination of Spa Water you like.
Simply fill a large pitcher with fresh water and add:
