Interested in 1:1 Health Coaching? Here’s What to Expect

First, we’ll decide if we’re a good fit. You’ll complete a short survey and then we’ll have a chat on the phone so that I can learn more about your unique challenges and goals. You’ll learn more about how I work as well. This short consultation is at no cost and there’s no obligation to commit.
Next, we’ll schedule your Initial Case Review. This is a two-part paid sessionconducted virtually via phone or web-conference. There’s so much more to you (and your health) than what you eat or how much you exercise. I want to get to know you more than just on paper. Part one of your Initial Case Review is all about gathering information.  We will dive deeply into your health history and I’ll be asking you questions that give me clues about your unique experience. We will explore your current challenges or concerns and identify your goals. The time invested in part one is about an hour.  Then we will schedule part two of your Initial Case Review. During this thirty minute session I will present you with your own Health History Timeline, a document that allows us to identify significant events in your health and your life, while noticing if and how they might be connected.  We will  create some action steps that you can begin taking immediately and outline areas of focus for long-term support.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we will schedule a minimum of six to twelve coaching sessions over the course of at least three to six months. Each 50-minute session is designed to meet your needs as you work toward your wellness goals. I’ll provide you with resources to guide you in making educated decisions. I’ll ask you thought provoking questions as you move forward and I’ll support in creating a healthier life that you love.
