Many of the undesirable signs and symptoms we experience on a regular basis can often be thought of as normal or “just the way it is.” Realistically, though, any pain or discomfort you’re feeling in your body is a sign that something’s not quite right. Whether your symptoms are mild, moderate, or severe,  it’s helpful to take a closer look at them to help determine what your body might be telling you. When you have a clear understanding of your signs and symptoms it’s easier to describe how you’re feeling to your healthcare practitioner, which makes it easier for that practitioner to support you in feeling better. 
This quiz is designed to give you an idea of  what symptoms you’re currently experiencing and next steps to consider taking on your journey to wellness.
